What IS the On-Camera Confidence Experience? What’s included?
Working 1:1 with me over Zoom is a way to prioritise and build your skills to show up without feeling the pressure of doing it alone - not in theory but in practice.
Here’s what you get:
✔ Each session is a 90-minute Zoom meeting. This gives us time to explore the purpose, problem, and way forward, plus time to get specific around the perspective, practices and production techniques you most want to develop now.
✔ When you book you have an opportunity to complete a short questionnaire to help me make the most of our time together.
✔ An HD video recording of the session for you to review for ideas (reminders of our inspired conversation), new insights (watching and listening to yourself), and content you can repurpose if you wish!
✔ This is followed up by a personalised email, containing a link to download the video, and an insight report that provides you with my reflections, suggestions, and/or recommendations for some potential next steps.

How can I make the most of my On-Camera Confidence sessions?
When you book your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help me prepare beforehand.
Before we meet:
You may not have a clear purpose for your booking(s), and that is fine! We can work through this in the session and discover your priorities.
In the lead-up to the booking, you’ll be provided with a few prompts and reminders by email to help you prepare for the session - from something as simple as what to wear to as much detail as you want regarding content development.
The main thing is to have fun and bring curiosity because exploring what you are passionate about IS fun right?! That is what expressing your brand values, purpose, vision and stories is all about, and that is at the heart of what I bring out in you … your genuine heartfelt enthusiastic stories and engaging ideas.
In the virtual studio:
Once we are in the virtual studio (a Zoom call), we’ll set intentions before recording the session.
This is an opportunity to explore the ideas your audience and/or clients love to hear, learn, and engage with.
You might want to generate ideas for yourself or focus on smashing out a month’s worth of content. We can do that.
I am a seasoned video director, interviewer, and brand storyteller, so that means I can guide you through a conversation that brings out the gems worth sharing.
The recording of the session will provide nuggets of wisdom - inspiration and immediately useable content.
You don’t need to know what to say or what to aim to create … and you definitely don’t need a script … it will come.
It does help to understand the problem you solve, your client’s experience before they find you, and what it means to them to be able to work with you … but even THAT we can explore and develop together.
