Mastermind Circle for women in business.
In person. In Melbourne suburban locations.
When you’re in charge of all the areas of your business development, the process of learning what’s going to best work for you and then implementing and experimenting to create a cohesive vision and plan can take a lot of time and energy, right?
Online tutorials and guest speaker workshops are valuable, but where can you go for real conversations with talented, compassionate, and curious people who have been there?
Being able to tap into the wisdom and heart of others who get it can rapidly shortcut the process of finding clarity and developing a strategy to grow.
That’s the beauty of our Women's Mastermind Circle. It’s an intimate gathering with fellow women in service-based businesses exploring business development strategies, sharing experiences and ideas, and helping each participant to feel connected and clear on their next steps.
It’s also a great way to make some business besties, and lift your spirits over a cuppa.
Every month we explore a specific business development topic - and this is a conversation not purely a presentation - and then open it up to discuss whatever you’d like to explore or resolve.
It is led by me, Victoria, with decades of experience in brand storytelling, and traditional and digital B2B and B2C communications
We all get to contribute, learn, plan, and connect.
Where are events?
Currently, we meet in Glen Eira, Victoria, on the last Monday of the month from 10am-12 noon at Major Mitchell Cafe’s private meeting room for 12 max.
Coming Soon:
Studio Croxton, Northcote
First Tuesday of the month 10-12
15 Spencer Street Northcote
Want a pop-up mastermind near you? Email me your request and we’ll set a date for anywhere in Melbourne surrounds or the Yarra Valley
There’s great freedom in opening up about the things we don’t admit to at networking meetings where we’re largely showing up as having it all together, right?
We don’t always (or ever?) have it all together, you can’t know everything , and there will always be things you don’t know that you don’t know!
That’s WHY we come together … because the collective wisdom is powerful.
We may be each other’s ideal clients, and we are all connected with circles of other potential clients, so the relationships we build in the group become a trusting inner circle of business friends we love to introduce and refer to others. And best of all, we do it because we want to.
You can bring any promo material you like, and share your business cards and QR codes. We aren’t here to sell to each other, but there are many opportunities to find people who could be an ideal fit to work with as clients or providers. You never know who you might meet, or who they know who might need you!
Is it a networking event?
While the mastermind format itself isn’t a traditional networking event, it is a rapid way to create connection with fellow entrepreneurs, with deeper discussion evolving naturally through introductions and conversations around the table.
Some might say there is no better way to connect than over our common experience.
The mastermind format allows you to:
Evolve your insights and skills around specific growth strategies.
Explore a specific challenge you’re currently facing in your business - be it related to marketing, offer development, technical challenges, emotional or energetic overwhelm, sales funnels, brand clarity, or dealing with suppliers or employees … nothing is out of limits.
Contribute ideas, experiences, thought-provoking questions, insights, referrals, etc to help others shift from where they are stuck.
Develop clarity around the next steps in your journey.
Escape the isolation or the chaos, and enjoy the company of like-minded women over a cuppa!
Who is Victoria Maxwell-Davis
Filmmaker, brand storyteller, visibility coach - I specialise in brand communications, having jumped ship from leading video production for corporations, to making it my mission to support women in business who care about doing something good. I’ve also had the great honour to have my work featured on National Geographic Channel (Environmental Documentary Short), and Al Gore’s Blue Planet Heros Web Documentary series.
I’ve been wearing berets for over 30 years and I’m not even French!
I’m a multipassionate, intuitive mentor with a love of language and the nuance in words. I’ve been behind the camera for many years guiding actors (yes, some famous ones), celebrities, models, CEOs, scientists, lecturers, middle managers, factory workers, PhD candidates, war vets, airline employees, children, and animals, to bring their best to the screen, on the page, and for their audience.
Now I’m visible in my business so I totally get the visibility struggle, and have a process to help you move from inside your head to showing up from the heart.
I’m a trained facilitator, love the art of a deep conversation, champagne, growing edible plants, using the occasional swear word, and wearing berets (in case you hadn’t noticed).
